8. Members proceed to make payment

* Procedure for using discount codes (coupons)

Dream Golf also applies discount codes (coupons) for some special cases such as customer appreciation, consumer stimulation programs, etc. To use discount codes, customers should follow these steps:

2. Customers Activate and log in to their member account (http://dreamgolf.com.vn/vi/user/login)

3. Set playing time or order vouchers on the e-commerce website dreamgolf.com.vn

4. Get confirmation of playing time or voucher ordering information from Dream Golf

5. Click on the payment link provided by dreamgolf.com.vn on the account registration email

6. Enter the discount code in the "Enter discount code" section. The system will automatically deduct the reduced amount from the total amount payable.

9. Member makes payment

* Process for sellers/posters/partners

For dreamgolf.com.vn partners (currently golf courses). Dream Golf provides them with an administrative account to manage information related to their services. To use the administrator account for partners. dreamgolf.com.vn partners need to follow these steps:

1. Negotiate and sign a partnership contract with website owner dreamgolf.com.vn.

2. After signing the contract, if there is a need to self-manage information. Partners need to contact Dream Golf administration to be granted an administrative account.

3. Partner goes to the login page on the dreamgolf.com.vn website to log in with the assigned account (http://dreamgolf.com.vn/vi/user/login)

4. After successfully logging in, the partner will be transferred to the dreamgolf.com.vn administration page

5. At dreamgolf.com.vn's admin page. Customers can modify and add new relevant information such as tee-time information (playing hours), golf course news, golf course introduction information, and account information.

6. Partners must be solely responsible for the information they post. Every week dreamgolf.com.vn will check and remove inappropriate content without prior notice.

7. If there is a dispute or complaint. Partners need to coordinate with dreamgolf.com.vn to resolve those issues

* Delivery and shipping policies

For the golf booking service, dreamgolf.com.vn does not provide transportation or delivery services because the type of goods is immaterial. Dream Golf only acts as an intermediary between guests and the golf course.

For the voucher ordering service, dreamgolf.com.vn provides 2 forms of transportation and delivery, including self-transportation and hiring a third party. Depending on the purpose, ability and requirements of the customer at the time of transportation. Dream Golf will use the most suitable form, ensuring maximum benefits for customers.

For the discount code service, due to the immaterial nature of the goods, Dream Golf does not have a shipping or delivery policy.

* Warranty policy

Regarding the golf time booking service, because dreamgolf.com.vn is specifically a website that supports booking playing times, Dream Golf will act as an intermediary between the golf course and the golfer, and the goods are immaterial. Therefore, dreamgolf.com.vn does not have a warranty policy.

For voucher ordering services and discount code services, due to the specific nature of the type, Dream Golf does not have a warranty policy.

– Policies and procedures for postponing and canceling playtime, refunding vouchers and discount codes

* For golf booking service.

If customers need to postpone or cancel playing time. Customers need to follow the steps outlined in Article 2, Section II Tee-time booking process under the Dream Golf Charter.

1. Customers must call Dream Golf in advance or update the booking status on the website: www.dreamgolf.com.vn or call the course reservation hotline 19002093 at least 2 hours before playtime if booking within 24 hours and 8 hours in advance if booking 24 hours in advance so that Dream Golf can promptly notify the course. If you let this situation happen:

• Move (postpone) the field reservation.

• Late cancellation.

• I set the time but it doesn't turn on.

• Double flight booking.

• Payment of field booking fees and late play times.

Then within each quarter (3 months) of a year:

– Less than 3 times: Dream Golf will remind you by phone.

– Fourth time: Dream Golf will not accept the book within 15 days.

– 5th time: Dream Golf will not accept the book within 30 days

2. After receiving notice of postponement or cancellation of playing time, Dream Golf will take measures to refund fees as follows:

– If the customer has paid in advance to Dream Golf and has notified Dream Golf of postponement or cancellation before 24 hours from the time of booking the game time, the game time reservation amount will be refunded if the customer requests, or will be deducted from the customer's next booking amount.

– If the customer has paid in advance to Dream Golf but does not notify Dream Golf of postponement/cancellation or late notification, or gives notice but notifies Dream Golf within 24 hours before the game time, the reservation amount will not be refunded.

* For voucher ordering service

If the customer needs to cancel the purchase, refund or exchange the voucher, the customer needs to follow these steps:

1. When customers do not want to buy vouchers anymore or need to return or exchange vouchers. Customers must call Dream Golf at least 1 day in advance.

a) For requests to cancel voucher purchase, Dream Golf will be responsible for temporarily suspending and canceling the customer's voucher purchase order immediately.

b) For requests to return purchased vouchers. Depending on the situation at that time, Dream Golf will take different measures. However, this voucher must be in good condition and still usable (not torn, torn, wrinkled or expired).

b.1) If the customer has paid in advance to Dream Golf but has not received the voucher, Dream Golf will be responsible for refunding that amount to the customer. However, customers will have to bear transfer fees incurred according to bank regulations.

b.2) If the customer has not paid in advance nor notified Dream Golf 1 day in advance from the time the voucher is delivered to the customer. Customers must bear the cost of shipping the voucher back to Dream Golf.

c) For requests to return vouchers

c.1) Before signing to receive the voucher, the customer is responsible for checking the voucher and has the right to exchange it if the voucher is torn or expired and cannot be used.

c.2) After signing, customers should preserve and pay attention to the expiration date of their voucher. Dream Golf is not responsible for returning it in these cases.

* For discount code services (coupon)

– Complaint resolution support process

dreamgolf.com.vn and its partners are responsible for receiving complaints and supporting buyers/members in issues related to the services dreamgolf.com.vn provides. When a dispute arises, Dream Golf promotes negotiation and conciliation between the parties to maintain members' trust in dreamgolf.com.vn's service quality. The handling steps include:

This department will proactively resolve and immediately respond to complaints based on the policies announced by the Company within 7 working days.

3. In cases beyond the capacity and authority of dreamgolf.com.vn, the management board will request the buyer/member to bring this case to a competent state agency for resolution according to law. dreamgolf.com.vn respects and seriously implements the provisions of law on protecting the rights of buyers/members.

Parties including sellers/suppliers/partners (collectively referred to as sellers), buyers/members (collectively referred to as buyers) will have a responsible role in actively resolving the problem. Both parties, including the seller and the buyer, need to be responsible for providing documents to authenticate information related to the incident that is causing the conflict. When receiving these feedbacks and complaints, dreamgolf.com.vn E-commerce Trading Floor will confirm the information. In case the buyer's feedback is correct, depending on the level, dreamgolf.com.vn E-commerce Trading Floor will take timely measures to protect the interests of Members.

– Members absolutely do not use any programs, tools or other forms to interfere with the system or change the data structure. It is strictly prohibited to distribute, propagate or encourage any activities aimed at interfering, sabotaging or infringing on the dreamgolf.com.vn website system. Any violations will be handled according to the Regulations and provisions of law.

– All transaction information is confidential, except when required to be provided when requested by law enforcement

f) For violating members. Depending on the level of recidivism, Dream Golf will take measures such as reminders, temporary account locking or permanent account locking.

2. Regulations for partners (sellers, suppliers)

Dream Golf provides partners (golf courses) with accounts to manage information related to their golf courses. When using that account to add or edit information, partners need to follow the following regulations:

a) The partner (golf course) will bear all responsibility for their posted information. Therefore, partners need to carefully check information before posting, ensuring that the posted information complies with state regulations as well as the posting regulations of the dreamgolf.com.vn website.

b) Every week dreamgolf.com.vn will review and remove information that is unofficial or not in accordance with the law without having to notify the partner (golf course) in advance.

c) For partners who commit violations. dreamgolf.com.vn will take timely reminder and handling measures

X. Rights and obligations of the Management Board of e-commerce website dreamgolf.com.vn

– In case there is a basis to prove that a member provides information to the dreamgolf.com.vn E-commerce Trading Floor that is inaccurate, misleading, incomplete or violates the law or Vietnamese customs and traditions, the dreamgolf.com.vn E-commerce Trading Floor has the right to refuse, suspend or terminate the member's right to use the service.

– dreamgolf.com.vn E-commerce trading floor can terminate membership rights and the right to use one or all of the member's services and will notify the member within at least one (01) month in case the member violates the Regulations of dreamgolf.com.vn E-commerce trading floor or commits acts that affect business activities on dreamgolf.com.vn trading floor.

– dreamgolf.com.vn e-commerce trading floor will consider terminating the member's right to use the service and membership if the member does not participate in transaction activities and exchange information on dreamgolf.com.vn e-commerce trading floor continuously for three (06) months. If you want to continue to become a member and be re-granted the right to use the service, you must register again from the beginning according to the form and procedures of the dreamgolf.com.vn e-commerce trading floor.

– dreamgolf.com.vn E-commerce Trading Floor can immediately terminate a member's right to use the service and membership if dreamgolf.com.vn E-commerce Trading Floor detects that the member has been convicted or is serving a sentence. In case the member continues to operate, it may cause dreamgolf.com.vn E-commerce Trading Floor legal liability, fraudulent activities, counterfeiting, causing market disorder, causing disunity to other members of the Exchange. E-commerce dreamgolf.com.vn, operating in violation of Vietnam's current laws. In case of termination of membership rights and the right to use the service, all certificates and member rights granted will automatically be invalid and terminated.
