TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Dream Golf commits not to use customers' personal information for purposes other than the stated purposes, unless with the customer's prior consent.

The obligation of the Dream Golf Executive Board is to represent the interests of Dream Golf Members, to be the official voice of Dream Golf Members in handling all issues related to the administration, establishment and enforcement of all policies and rules of Dream Golf on the following issues:

I. MEMBERSHIP REGULATIONS:

1. Member

Dream Golf Membership will be accepted:

Individuals 6 (six) years of age or older have the right to register as members of Dream Golf. For members under 16 years of age, their guardian must confirm and agree before registering.

Currently Dream Golf has 01 Membership level to register to join:

Dream Golf Premium Members: are members who fully enjoy maximum incentives from Dream Golf at all golf courses and other Dream Golf partners within 12 months. Members will be issued a separate Premium Membership card.

2. Benefits

– Members will enjoy preferential prices at golf courses and golf driving ranges in Vietnam and Asia in Dream Golf's partner network. The list of golf courses in the Dream Golf system is regulated and updated on the website www.dreamgolf.com.vn.– Members will enjoy preferential prices at 5-star hotels and luxury resorts in Vietnam and Asia in Dream Golf's partner network.– Dream Golf will continuously update the number of partners and add benefits to members.– Members will receive an Dream Golf Membership card – on the card there is the member's registration and photo.– Members will receive free tee-time reservations when booking through Dream Golf's website.– Members will be free to book a caddy at some golf courses in Dream Golf's partner network.– Members will enjoy special benefits when participating in golf tournaments organized by Dream Golf.– Every year, members will receive publications and enjoy special promotions provided by Dream Golf.

3. Obligation

– Present your membership card when checking in at the stadium, training ground or hotel affiliated with Dream Golf.– To ensure appropriate benefits and playing time, before going to the golf course, members need to register playing time and golf course through Dream Golf's switchboard or website booking system, or members can also register directly with the course.– Each member will preserve his/her own card and will not let others borrow the card.– Members will be responsible for paying all joining fees and other fees applicable to Dream Golf Members to be able to use all Dream Golf utilities and services and participate in Dream Golf activities. In case Dream Golf has promotional programs on joining fees, service fees or other fees, Members will receive them via email or SMS.– Each Member will reimburse the Owner and Board of Directors of Dream Golf for all debts owed by their guests (if any).

4. Card validity period and renewal

* Card validity period: Dream Golf Membership Card is valid for 12 months and is clearly stated on the card.

* Extend card usage:

– The Member's annual renewal is at the Member's discretion and discretion.– Members can register for renewal by email, sending official dispatch or calling the Dream Golf Switchboard.– Members who want to renew will be responsible for paying the renewal fee and other fees applicable to Dream Golf Members to be able to use all Dream Golf utilities and services and participate in Dream Golf activities. In case Dream Golf has promotional programs on renewal fees, service fees or other fees, Members will receive them via email or SMS.

5. Withdrawal

– Dream Golf members can voluntarily withdraw, provided there is prior written notice, email or fax to the Dream Golf office.– Any voluntary withdrawal from Membership means that Dream Golf is not obliged to refund all or part of the Membership fee paid.– Voluntary withdrawal will only take effect when all of the Member's debts to Dream Golf have been completely paid.

6. Termination of membership

Dream Golf Members will have their Membership status terminated and their rights to use and enjoy Dream Golf's services, utilities and programs suspended in the following cases:

– The membership card has expired and the member does not renew the card.– The member has withdrawn. The time for termination of Membership is determined from the date Dream Golf receives notice in writing, email or fax to Dream Golf's office, whichever comes first. Dream Golf will not be responsible for refunding any or all of the membership fee paid by the Member.– Member is terminated or denied membership for a number of reasons. Member commits destructive acts that damage Dream Golf's reputation or property. Dream Golf will not be responsible for refunding any or all of the membership fee paid by the Member.

7. Restore membership status

For Members whose Membership status is terminated or denied, Dream Golf may reinstate the Membership status of these Members if the Member submits an application for reinstatement in accordance with regulations. The application for reinstatement of membership status must be in writing, clearly stating the circumstances of the termination of the previous membership status as well as the reason for requesting reinstatement. In case the Dream Golf Board of Directors approves the application for reinstatement, the applicant will have to pay the Dream Golf membership fee at the current rate for the Member depending on the number of months remaining for that Member.

In case the application for reinstatement of membership status is not accepted, the Dream Golf Board of Directors is not obliged to provide the reason why.

8. The card is not valid if sold or transferred in any form

The resale, transfer, or assignment of Dream Golf Membership cards, in any form, and whether voluntarily or by force of law, are not permitted, unless it is approved by the Dream Golf Board of Directors.

Any act of reselling, transferring or assigning Dream Golf Membership cards is void and will result in termination of Membership for any Member who resells, transfers or assigns.

9. Dream Golf joining fee

– Dream Golf Membership Fee

Premium membership 2,400,000 VND/ 1 yearIn addition, Members will not have to pay any additional fees to be an Dream Golf Member– Every candidate who is accepted into Dream Golf by the Board of Directors must pay the joining fee. After the application to join Dream Golf has been approved by the Dream Golf Board of Directors, the candidate will not become an Dream Golf Member until the Dream Golf membership fee has been paid in full.– The Dream Golf Board of Directors may waive all or part of the joining fee for any candidate according to each incentive program that Dream Golf applies at the specified time. Dream Golf will be responsible for notifying in advance information and conditions for applying this program.

10. Member Account

Each Dream Golf Member will be assigned a Member account number. Members can use this account to log in to the website www.dreamgolf.com.vn or call the Dream Golf to book a free playing time for that Member at all golf courses that Dream Golf is affiliated with.

II. REGULATIONS ON TEE-TIME SETTING:

1. General regulations

1.1 Golfers who book golf time through Dream Golf are required to declare their full name, accurate relevant information, be on the course on time for tee-off and comply with the regulations on the course.1.2 Each Golfer, when booking a tee-time through any form of Dream Golf support via the website www.dreamgolf.com.vn, will be given one (01) booking code at the golf courses. Each booking code is only valid one (01) time from the time the Golfer books a playing time and receives notification of this code via email, on the website www.dreamgolf.com.vn for guests who have registered an account or via text message from Dream Golf, until the actual time the Golfer uses this code to play on the golf course.1.3 Dream Golf only accepts tee-time reservations at least 1 hour in advance and maximum 15 days in advance from tee-time.1.4 Golfers please inform Dream Golf of the exact number of players when placing a bet and comply with Article 3.2.4, Section II.1.5 When going to the course, golfers must present their booking code. If they are an Dream Golf member, they must present their booking code or Membership card when checking in, to enjoy the most preferential prices when playing at all courses that Dream Golf is affiliated with, not only in Vietnam but also in Asia.1.6 For groups of 12 people or more, once the date, time and service have been confirmed with Dream Golf, within 3 days after booking the tee-time, 50% of the total group service amount must be pre-paid in cash or bank transfer.1.7 For Vouchers provided by Dream Golf, Golfers must book a game time in advance via the website to register to buy vouchers and a maximum of 4 vouchers will be purchased per booking. Dream Golf always ensures that vouchers sent to golfers are valid, intact and in full quantity.1.7.1 Voucher buyersa) Dream Golf memberb) Golfers book their playing time through Dream Golf1.7.2 How to buy vouchers:a) Golfers can go to the Dream Golf office to buy vouchers.b) Dream Golf will hire a third party to deliver the voucher to the location you want and add a shipping fee for each voucher.1.8 For hotel, resort or tour bookings, in addition to priority partners, Dream Golf members pay directly when using the service, members must pay Dream Golf service fees in full by cash, bank transfer or other forms before 48 hours from the time of booking at some partners who do not have this priority right.

2. Regulations on changes, postponements and cancellations

2.1 If the golfer does not want to play, cannot play, or wants to change the tee-time/course as booked with Dream Golf, the customer must call in advance or update the booking status on the Dream Golf.com website at least 2 hours before the tee-time if the tee-time is booked within 24 hours and 8 hours before the reserved tee-time so that Dream Golf can promptly notify the course. If you let the following situation happen to you:• Move (postpone) the field reservation.• Late cancellation.• I set the time but it doesn't turn on.• Double flight booking.• Payment of field booking fees and late play times.Then within each quarter (3 months) of a year:

• Less than 3 times: Dream Golf will remind you by phone.• 4th time: Dream Golf will not accept the book within 15 days.• 5th time: Dream Golf will not accept the book within 30 days.And fee regulations apply according to Article 3.2.2, Section II.

2.2 If you still want to play, but cannot arrive on time or change course, please notify Dream Golf via switchboard 19002093 one (01) hour in advance, Dream Golf will promptly notify the golf course to set a suitable playing time with the confirmed time, in the most reasonable way for you and the golf course.

3. Fee regulations

3.1 Golf fees

3.1.1 Applicable to each member and guest of Dream Golf will be a preferential price at each course, this price is fully posted on the website www.dreamgolf.com.vn or Golfers can call Dream Golf switchboard directly at 19002093.3.1.2 In case the Golfer has booked a tee-time and paid the golf fee in full but for some reason cannot get on the course, Dream Golf will reserve and automatically deduct the tee-time booking amount for the next booking or refund it at the Golfer's request (minus the transfer fee).

3.2 Tee-time booking fee is 100,000 VND/1 person/1 booking.

3.2.1 Tee-time fee payment time:a) In case a customer books a tee-time 24 hours in advance, the Golfer must pay the fee no later than 24 hours from the confirmed tee-time, by bank transfer, payment by Visa card or the Golfer can register to pay directly at the course (if the golf course supports this).b) In case a customer books a tee-time on the same day (within 24 hours), the Golfer must pay the tee-time booking fee no later than the tee-time that the Golfer has set, by bank transfer, payment by Visa card or the Golfer can register to pay directly at the course (if the golf course supports this).3.2.2 Regarding postponement, cancellation or failure to play, even though the golfer has booked a tee-time through Dream Golf:a) If the Golfer notifies Dream Golf 24 hours in advance from the tee-time reservation time, the booking amount will be refunded if the customer requests, or will be deducted from the booking amount for the customer's next visit.b) If the Golfer does not notify in advance, or does notify Dream Golf within 24 hours before tee-time, the booking amount will not be refunded.3.2.3 Regarding booking code:a) If the Golfer notifies Dream Golf 24 hours in advance from the tee-time reservation time, the reservation code for the Golfer at course A (which is any golf course in the Dream Golf affiliated golf course system) that has not been used at that time will be kept valid for the next valid booking at course A through Dream Golf.b) If you do not notify in advance, or if you give notice but notify Dream Golf within 24 hours before tee-time, your reservation will be automatically canceled.3.2.4 The actual number of players on the field is not equal to the number of players booked:a) If the Golfers please notify this change in the number of players one (01) hour before tee-time:i. The actual number of people on the golf course is more than the number of people booked, Dream Golf will automatically contact the course and immediately notify the customer of the booking situation as soon as possible according to the golf course situation at that time. After completing the game, the golfer must pay the additional seat reservation fee and golf playing fee right at the course if Dream Golf can reserve additional seats for that extra number of people.ii. The actual number of people on the playing field is less than the number of people booked in advance. The golfer will receive the booking fee back, or not receive it back and Dream Golf will automatically deduct it for the customer's next valid booking.b) If the Golfer does not notify in advance the change in the number of people on the playing field, or notify in advance but notify within one (01) hour before tee-time, then:i. The actual number of people on the playing field is less than the number of people booked in advance, the golfer still has to pay the fee according to the number originally booked.ii. The actual number of people on the playground is more than the number of people booked, Dream Golf will not be responsible for this number of guests. If this number of people want to enjoy Dream Golf's regime and there is still time to play on the course, the golfer must contact Dream Golf directly for support, confirmation and payment of the book at the course.Dream Golf will not be responsible when you go to the course without time to play or if price or other unexpected situations arise, if you do not comply with the above.

3.3 About golf vouchers

3.3.1 Golf voucher payment method:

a) Transfer money in advanceb) Cash

3.3.2 Form of return

– Before signing for receipt, the Golfer is responsible for checking the voucher and has the right to return it if the voucher during transportation is torn or expired and cannot be used.– After signing, you must preserve and pay attention to the expiration date of your voucher. Dream Golf is not responsible for returning it in these cases.

3.3.3 Form of refund

– If the customer has paid in advance to Dream Golf but has not received the voucher, Dream Golf will be responsible for refunding that amount to the customer. However, customers will have to bear transfer fees incurred according to bank regulations.

– If the customer has not paid in advance or not notified Dream Golf 1 day in advance from the time the voucher is delivered to the customer. Customers must bear the cost of shipping the voucher back to Dream Golf.

Dream Golf will not be responsible when you go to the course without playing time or if there are price problems or other unexpected situations, if you do not do the above correctly.

III. Regulations for golf courses

1. Dream Golf's guests on the course enjoy preferential prices, regimes and benefits as in the contract with Dream Golf and all other golfers on the course.

2. Dream Golf members and guests will be able to play at the golf course at all available hours on all days of the week the golf course is open.

3. Allow members and guests of Party A to choose the appropriate price when booking playing time at the yard. This price will be confirmed by Party A to Party B before guests come to play.

4. The course has confirmed the playing time for guests with Dream Golf, but when it is time for Dream Golf's guests to play and for some reason there is no more space on the field or they forgot to reserve a seat as confirmed, the course must prioritize Dream Golf's guests to play on time as initially confirmed.

5. If the Golf Course does not update price changes and current promotion programs on the course 1 day in advance and notify Dream Golf so that Dream Golf's staff can promptly provide information to guests, then in that case the course must take full responsibility for the error and price.
